• Group Exercise Studio

   

   

  Participate in a variety of group exercise classes including step, kickboxing, toning and more. Over 21 classes offered per week.

• Cardio Fitness Equipment

   

   

  The Cardio area is filled with over 30 pieces of equipment including treadmills, elliptical and other various bikes, trainers and steps. Featuring brands such as Precor, Stairmaster and NuStep.

   

• Kids Zone

   

  The Dow Westside Kids Zone provides a fun, safe, and structured environment for your child while you exercise. Our experienced and dedicated staff interact with your child following a schedule of facilitated activities. These activities include arts & crafts, singing, dancing, playing, reading, story time, and other fun and interesting activities. This service is included in your membership. Parents must remain in the YMCA facility while using this service.

  Ages: 6 weeks- 12 years

  Hours:   MONDAY—FRIDAY: 8:00 AM—1:15 PM &  4:00 PM—7:30 PM     SATURDAY: 8:45 AM—12:00 PM      

• Strength Training Room

   

   Our free weight area has numerous benches and an ample supply of plates.  It also features a complete set of dumbbells.

• Showers and Locker Rooms

   

  Lockers are provided, but members should bring thier own locks. Please remember, lockers are cleaned out nightly, so please don't leave your belongings in overnight! Lockers are free to members and guests. Must be 18 and older to enter Adult Locker Rooms.

• Spinning Studio

   

   This spinning studio features 13 Star Trac bikes. Click the Link Below for the spinning group exercise schedule.

• Community Room

  

   

  This 3,000 square foot room is host to a variety of activities including silver sneakers, double dutch, kid fit, cheerleading and other programs!

• Outdoor Pool

  

   

  This is a junior olypmic size outdoor heated swimming pool.  Activites include swim lessons, water aerobics, swim team, free swim and more!
