• Group Exercise Studio

  

  Our Aerobics room hosts over 50 classes per week which are free for members.

• Cardio Fitness Equipment

  

  The Paula G. Manship YMCA has over 50 cardio machines with individual TV’s on each machine.  Also over 3 lines of circuit training machines from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.

   

• Ropes Course

  

  Our Challenge Course has both High and Low elements.   This is great for Corporate Outings, Churches, Schools, and any other groups of ten or more interested in reserving the course for team building exercises.  Click Here for brochure!

   

  The course also features a zip line for everyone.

   

• Child Watch

   

  The "Child Watch" is a safe atmosphere for members and guests to leave their children for a maximum 1 ½ hours while they work out (parents MUST stay on-site). Children ages 3 months to 6 years are welcome and children 7 years old and up will have special access to the “Teen/Youth” gaming area.  The “Teen/Youth” features a Wii, Computers, and couches to read and complete home work.  Our Teen/Youth Room is open all of our facility hours.

   

  The schedule is as follows:
  
  Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 12:30pm
  Monday - Thursday 4:00pm- 8:30pm
  Friday - Friday 8:00am -12:00pm
  Saturday 8:30am – 12:00pm

  Sundays 2:30pm- 5:00pm

• Strength Training Room

   

  The Paula G. Manship YMCA offers a large free weight area complete with dumbbells, plated weights, stretching area, mirrors, and machines to focus on every area of the body.

• Gymnasium

  

  The gym features 6 basketball goals (1 regulation size court, 2 cross courts). Members frequently gather for "pick-up" games of basketball.

• Seasonal Outdoor Pool

  

  The seasonal outdoor pool is open during the summer and is designed for recreational swim.  The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  

• Showers and Locker Rooms

   

  Lockers are provided, but members should bring thier own locks. Please remember, lockers are cleaned out nightly, so please don't leave your belongings in overnight! Lockers are free to members and guests.

• Spinning Studio

  

  The spin studio features 20 Star Trec bikes for our members. Come participate in a variety of classes for all fitness levels.  

• The Highland Club

  

  The Highland Club is located at the Lamar Tennis Center.   This room is available to rent for birthday parties and other special events. It is also the site for tennis tournaments and band nights.

• Outdoor Heated Lap Pool

  

  The heated lap pool has six lanes and  is open year round.   We offer swim lessons, lap swim, masters swim program, swim team, and recreational swim.

• Lamar Tennis Center

  

  Located on the campus of the Paula G. Manship YMCA, our beautiful facility features 20 world class tennis courts - 10 hard surface and 10 clay surface.  The Lamar Tennis Center also includes a pro shop, hitting wall, outdoor track, pond and much more.
