Birthday Parties at the YMCA
Looking for a fun loaction for your child's next birthday party? Host a swim party at the YMCA! In addition to swimming, each birthday swim package lets you choose form at least one other activity, such as the Bounce House, Climbing Wall and Zip Line, XRKade, Olympic-style Swim Meet, Arts and Crafts, and more. Parties can be held Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Each YMCA Branch handles its own schedule and reservations. Book your party now to reserve your date!
How to reserve your party
- Pick the type of party you are interested in and your YMCA branch location. Each Y location has different facilities available (see chart).
- Call the Aquatic Director at your branch to check on availability.
- Come by the YMCA and pay the 50% deposit. A reservation can not be booked without a deposit.
- Day of Event: pay remaining balance; decorate party room if applicable; fill out waivers; have a blast.
Important Information
The hosting family may arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate the room.
Your YMCA party host will be a certified lifeguard. All children will be given a swim test before they enter the pool. Due to swimming ratios, we must limit the party to 12 children.
All swimming parties will swim first and move to other activities second.
At least one adult must accompany every 3 children in the water with all parties involving children under the age of 5.
Children age 6-8 must have 2 adults in the water. Children ages 9 and up must be accompanied by at least 2 adults sitting on the deck next to the pool. All children still needing diapers must wear plastic-lined swim diapers. All guests must bring their own towels.
YMCA Doggie Dog pool inflatable is available based on ability of swimmers.
All parents must complete a Release from Liability Form upon arrival. The hosting family will be responsible for signing for those children whose parents are not present.
